If you don’t have an inhaler or nebulizer these help some reduce asthma symptoms:
- strong coffee such as an espresso (no milk)
- pure honey
- put your head down between your legs and take slow breaths
- put your arms up high and take slow breaths
- distract yourself from feeling panicked that only worsens it
but most importantly if you can find an inhaler or nebulizer use it, these are just if you’re desperate.
